at least try to live ALOHA !!!

Aloha means more than “hello” or “goodbye” (although it means both).

Aloha is about mutual respect and affection. It’s warmth and caring for the sake of warmth and caring – there is no obligation to return Aloha. It’s a gift two people or an entire community share.

When you “Live Aloha,” you engage in relationships in which every person is valued and honored.

--- together, we can – and do – make a difference to the entire world.

There’s actually an “Aloha Spirit Law” in Hawaii. Legislators in this state are instructed to consider the following acronymn whenever they perform their duties:

A is for AKAHAI, meaning kindness, to be expressed with a feeling of tenderness.

L is for LÔKAHI, meaning unity, to be expressed with a feeling of harmony.

O is for `OLU`OLU, meaning agreeable, to be expressed with a feeling of pleasantness.

H stands for HA`AHA`A, meaning humility, to be expressed with a feeling of modesty.

A stands for AHONUI, meaning patient, to be applied with perseverance.

When you Live Aloha, you gain a deep sense of belonging to a community and caring for each other.

Forgetting to Live Aloha can lead to big, bad trouble.

Aloha !
